The maximum number of persons occupying each property is 4.  The property will be clean and tidy when you take it over. Please leave it as you find it. The cost of repairing any damage to the contents of the property (including fixtures &amp; fittings) is the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Entry to the property will be available after 4pm on the first day of the holiday. On the day of departure the property must be vacated by 10am.
