The apartment also has an HD-ready LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player and radio. All heating is electric. All linen and towels provided.
Location No. 23 Albany Apartments has an excellent view overlooking Oban Bay and the surrounding islands, and is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, boats, trains and buses. There is an entry phone system and private parking, to the rear of the building, one space for each flat. The apartment is on the 3rd (top) floor.

Booking Conditions: All bookings must be accompanied by a Deposit (non-refundable) of 25% of the total Booking Fee. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. For late bookings or short breaks the full fee must accompany the booking form. In the event of cancellation after the balance has been paid, a refund can only be made if a re-let proves possible, and will be subject to a 10% administration fee. The maximum number of persons occupying each property is 4. The property will be clean and tidy when you take it over. Please leave it as you find it. The cost of repairing any damage to the contents of the property (including fixtures & fittings) is the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Entry to the property will be available after 4pm on the first day of the holiday. On the day of departure the property must be vacated by 10am. It is strongly advised that you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance for you own protection.
